Blueberry Cream Cheese Galette

Prep Time: 10 minutes + 30 minutes for resting the dough
Bake Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour and 10 minutes
Servings: 6-8


  • 115 g (4 oz) cold unsalted butter
  • 170 g (1 cup + 1 Tbsp) wheat all-purpose flour
  • 62 mL ice water
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 2 cups of fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 4 Tbsp cream cheese
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cardamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 beaten egg


  1. Cut the cold butter and mix lightly with the flour.
  2. Add salt, ice water and stir again slightly to combine water with flour.
  3. Fold and roll out the dough 3 – 4 times. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. Then take out the dough and divide it into 2 parts. Roll out one part and send the other to the refrigerator.
  5. For the filling we need cream cheese, blueberries and sugar. Also, you can add cinnamon and cardamon, it tastes sooo good! Put 1-2 Tbsp of the cream cheese on the rolled dough first and then 1 cup of blueberries. Sprinkle with 2-3 tsp of sugar.
  6. Bake 30 minutes at 180℃ (356°F).
