1 Tbsp sugar (use coconut sugar, it gives caramel flavour)
2 Tbsp heavy cream (32-35% of fat)
First of all, I make cake crust (shell). It takes about 20 minutes to make (usually I put them in the fridge covered with cling film to speed up the cooling process). In a blender, combine bananas, eggs, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder. Blend until smooth.
Secondly, The Caramel (it takes about 3-5 minutes). In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the sugar until small bubbles appear. Then add hot cream in small portions and stir constantly until smooth. Pour the finished caramel into a small bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let cool completely.
And the last is Cream Cheese Frosting (about 2-3 minutes). Whisk cold cream cheese with cane sugar until fluffy and smooth.
