Chocolate Truffles

Everyone loves chocolate desserts! Especially chocolate truffles! This is so easy to make, you need only 4 ingredients and 15 minutes of your time. You will be surprised how rich, soft and creamy are these truffles!

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Fridge Time:
2-3 hours
10 truffles

200 g dark chocolate
150 g milk chocolate
115 g sugar (or powdered sugar, it will be better)
200 ml heavy cream (33-35%)

  1. Heat cream in a pot until it steams. Remove from heat.
  2. Chop the chocolate into small pieces. Put chocolate in a pot with sugar, and stir until chocolate and sugar is melted and incorporated into cream.
  3. Take a square or rectangular dish and cover it with cling film. Pour the chocolate ganache into a dish, spread with a spoon and cover again with cling film. Leave in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  4. After that, cut the truffles into equal squares or rectangles. Roll in cocoa powder and ENJOY!
  • If truffles become too soft and started to melt, place them in refrigerator or freezer for a few minutes. Serve immediately or store, wrapped in plastic, in refrigerator for up to four days.
