Cinnamon Coconut Cream Latte

Cooking time: 10 minutes


  • 150 mL (1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp) milk
  • 100 mL (1/4cup + 3 Tbsp) coconut milk (17 – 20% fat)
  • 30 mL (1 shot ~ 2 Tbsp) espresso
  • 1 Tbsp burbon (optional)
  • 1/3 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Pinch of cardamon powder


  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small sauce pan (except espresso) over medium-high heat. Stir often and watch to avoid scorching the milk. 
  2. As soon as it heats up and you see steam, then remove from the heat. Pour through a strainer and serve. Top with cinnamon powder generously. Enjoy!
