Easy Oven Chicken with Potato and Tomato

  • 1 whole chicken breast, without bones (~700 g)
  • 3 medium potato
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 large tomato
  • 150 g cheese
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Parsley for decorating
  • Salt, black pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
  2. Separate the chicken breast from the bones and veins. Slice the chicken breast lengthwise, cover with cling film, and beat it off with a cooking hammer. Seasoning with salt and black pepper.
  3. Slice potatoes, onions and tomatoes into rings.
  4. Cover the baking sheet with foil and brush the foil with some olive oil (сan be baked in a baking dish).
  5. Place the chicken slice, put potatoes on the chicken, onion and tomato on top. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes. After 35 minutes, remove the foil and pour over sour cream, bake for another 10 minutes. Then sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley on top and serve hot.
