Hot Chocolate with Marshmallows

Cooking time: 10 minutes


  • 350 mL (1 cup + 1/4 cup + 3 Tbsp) milk
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vailla extract
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • Marshmallows to taste


  1. Whisk all ingredients together (except marshmallows) in a small sauce pan over medium-high heat. Stir often and watch to avoid scorching the plant milk and chocolate.
  2. Once heated through, let it gently simmer for 2 minutes, stirring throughout.
  3. Then remove from the heat, pour through a strainer and serve. Top with marshmallows. Enjoy!
