Oven Baked Potato Chips

  • 3 large potatoes

Paprika and garlic chips:
1/2 Tbsp paprika
1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
1/2 Tbsp olive oil
3-4 g salt

Chips with Herbs:
1 Tbsp dried herbs
1/2 Tbsp olive oil
3-4 g salt


  1. Preheat oven to 250°C (482°F).
  2. Wash the potatoes and peel them. Cut the potatoes into very thin slices with a sharp knife or use a special grater.
  3. Transfer all the chopped potatoes to a large bowl with very cold water and leave for 10 minutes. Then put the potatoes on clean, dry towels and soak well.
  4. Divide all the sliced potatoes into 2 equal portions and use your favorite spices. Add 1/2 tablespoon olive oil to 350 g of chopped potatoes.
  5. Bake for 10-13 minutes. Check the potatoes from time to time to make sure they don’t burn. Cool on a wire rack.
