Tuna White Beans Salad with Mustard Dressing

  • 70 g (~2,5 oz) canned tuna
  • 70 g (~3 cups) arugula + iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 120 g (~4,2 oz) cooked white beans
  • 30 g (~1 oz) cherry tomatoes


  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 Tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp honey


  1. Rinse all vegetables and arugula well. Dry the arugula on a cotton towel.
  2. Cut the avocado into strips and place on top of the arugula.
  3. Place the white beans in the diameter of the plate.
  4. Place canned tuna on top of the arugula.
  5. Chop the tomatoes and add to the salad.
  6. Prepare a salad dressing: mix all the ingredients, conveniently in a glass jar.
