80 g (1/4 cup + 3 Tbsp) dark chocolate chips (or chopped)
70 g (3/4 cup) almonds
140 mL (1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp) almond milk
30 g (2 Tbsp + 1 tsp) coconut oil
30 g (1 Tbsp + 2 tsp) marple syrop
30 g (2 Tbsp + 2 tsp) coconut flakes
30 g (3 Tbsp + 1 tsp) dried cranberry
25 g (2 Tbsp + 2 tsp) coconut chips
10 g (1 Tbsp) pumpkin seeds
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except chocolate.
Pour granola in to a baking sheet with parchment. distribute evenly and bake for 30 minutes 180°C (355℉). Stir the granola every 10 minutes to ensure even baking.
Put the finished granola into a bowl and add the chopped chocolate or chocolate chips, mix well. The chocolate will begin to melt.
Once the granola has cooled, transfer to a container or glass jar for storage.
